Quality and Safety Leader
At Providence Careers, we seek a seasoned healthcare leader to serve as Executive Director of Clinical Excellence. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, drive performance improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of safety that prioritizes patient well-being and exceptional care. You will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical quality and safety programs that align with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a similar field, with a Master's degree preferred. 8+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, Intensive Care, or the Emergency Department, with 2+ years of leadership experience in a Quality Improvement program. The estimated salary range is $125,000 - $155,000 per year.
