At Ambercare, we're proud to offer a unique opportunity for a Hospice Nurse to join our team in Central Ohio.

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to provide on-call patient care services, working every other weekend from 8am to 8pm.

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for triaging after-hours patient and family calls, determining service needs, and coordinating care plans with other healthcare professionals.

Our hospice care is built on a commitment to patient-centered care, with a focus on delivering high-quality services in the comfort of our patients' own homes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
  • Current license to practice in Ohio as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of two years of varied work experience as a professional nurse
  • Demonstrated skill in nursing practices and clinical judgments

Qualifications:

  • Ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles
  • Must possess current CPR Certification
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
