Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Universal Health Services as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. As a key member of our imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasound examinations according to current medical standards and hospital protocols
- Prepare patients for examinations, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements:
- Current certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiology Credentialing International (CCI)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to remain calm under stress and prioritize tasks effectively
