Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Knowledge Manager to lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide Knowledge Management program. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy that supports the organization's mission and objectives
  • Lead a team of knowledge management professionals to design, develop, and implement knowledge management solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge management needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Provide training and support to employees on knowledge management best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in knowledge management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
