The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy that supports the organization's mission and objectives
- Lead a team of knowledge management professionals to design, develop, and implement knowledge management solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge management needs and develop solutions to address them
- Develop and maintain knowledge management policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Provide training and support to employees on knowledge management best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in knowledge management or a related field
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
