Job Title: Mobile Device Support Team Lead

GovCIO is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Support Team Lead to join our team. As a Mobile Device Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of mobile device support personnel to provide IT support services to the Army Communication Electronics Command (CECOM).

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mobile device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as experience with mobile device management software such as MobileIron. Additionally, the candidate will have a working familiarity with Purebred, Zimperium (zIPS), and other relevant technologies.

The Mobile Device Support Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating the provisioning of mobile connectivity services, resolving tickets managed through BMC Remedy, and monitoring the DISA DOD Mobility Service Portal for announcements and user guide updates.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 6 years of experience in mobile device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. The candidate will also have a DoD M Baseline Certification (Security+ or equivalent) and a Secret clearance.
