Job Title: SharePoint Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Team Lead to join our team at GovCIO LLC. As a SharePoint Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of SharePoint developers, administrators, and requirements analysts who will provide web development services for various government agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Site Collection Administration: Manage and maintain SharePoint site collections, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Site Management: Configure and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and calendars to meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Custom SharePoint Solutions: Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using tools such as SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Workflows, ShareGate, Nintex Workflows, InfoPath Forms, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, and CSS.
  • Problem Resolution: Provide timely and effective resolution to user requests and issues related to SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of SharePoint developers, administrators, and requirements analysts to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other departments, to ensure that SharePoint solutions meet their needs.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience in SharePoint administration, development, and governance.
  • Certifications: DoD M Baseline Certification (Security+ or equivalent) and DoD M Computing Environment Certification required.
  • Clearance: Secret clearance required.
