Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MDM Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing architecture for Master Data Management (MDM) as an enterprise solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in JAD sessions to understand and detail MDM requirements and key criteria.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather Match & Merge rules, develop and configure trust matrix, match path, match columns, match rules, and data stewardship workflows.
  • Identify gaps and data anomalies, review with stakeholders for approval, and identify next steps.
  • Develop and execute data profiling, data quality analysis, and capture results for requirement/user story sessions recommendations and planning.
  • Design, develop, and implement architecture for MDM as an enterprise solution.
  • Propose and institutionalize principles of MDM data model lifecycle management to ensure best standards for data quality management.
  • Collaborate with the team to set processes and standards across the board for data quality.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of IT experience and 7+ years of experience in MDM architecture, design, development, and support with leading MDM tools.
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with Informatica MDM tool.
  • Health Plan/Health Insurance background.
  • Ideal experience in Profisee, but experience with similar MDM Tools is also acceptable.
  • Thorough understanding of Master Data hierarchy and implemented multi-domain MDM.
Preferred Skills
  • Purview, Databricks, and Data Fabrics skills.
  • Python or Powershell scripting.
