Key Responsibilities
  • Review and execute written set-up plans for public or private events, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage work within event timelines, making necessary preparations in advance for future events.
  • Perform custodial duties before, during, and after events, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate lifting and carrying equipment safely around the public, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Organize tools, equipment, event materials, and keep work areas clean and organized.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Appropriate certification(s) to operate scissor lift, skid steer, forklift, and tractor.
  • Valid Class C Texas driver's license.
  • 0-2 years of experience operating equipment to lift and carry materials.
  • Previous experience with audio mixing and visual projecting equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, exhibiting critical thinking skills to make productive decisions during work performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with people in a public setting.
  • Courtesy and strong business ethics are essential in this role.
  • Ability to exhibit patience and adapt to changing event requirements.
