- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to installation and maintenance teams.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fiber optic network design and planning within the telecommunications industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in fiber optic design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, Visio).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
