Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Arrow International is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our Lynnwood, WA facility.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining printing production equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work from work orders, drawings, specifications, manuals, and written and verbal instructions to accomplish work with minimal interference to production.
  • Install new or relocate existing machinery and equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electric, hydraulic, and other production systems.
  • Tear down and troubleshoot faulty equipment.
  • Repair or replace worn or defective parts.
  • Reassemble and adjust for proper operation.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure safe and proper operating condition.
  • Use lift equipment as necessary to move and position parts and materials.
  • Operate equipment in a safe manner.
  • Exercise proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Complete required maintenance reports and records.
Requirements:
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing and walking throughout shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Electrical aptitude highly desired.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Must have 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • May need to work overtime and occasional different shifts.
  • Welding experience a plus.
  • Must be able to operate machine tools.
  • Must read blueprints and schematics.
  • Bobst and Komori experience a plus.
