Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to install, repair, and maintain machinery, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Read, interpret, and follow instructions and operation manuals.
- Maintain a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.
- Clean, repair, and install equipment and parts as needed.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Perform general maintenance work on buildings as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic, machine repair technician, or similar role.
- Ability to read and analyze blueprints and schematics.
- Pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting.
- Lifting and handling objects up to 40 pounds.
- Standing for 10 hour shifts.
This full-time, direct-hire role offers a competitive hourly rate of $24-$45 DOE, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, year-end bonus, and 401k with employer match.
