Account Executive/ Claims Customer Relationship Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive/ Claims Customer Relationship Consultant to join our team at Zurich North America. This role will focus on building strong relationships with customers and developing business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with underwriting to participate in new business prospects with brokers and customers.
  • Research and respond to claims service needs of prospective and current customers.
  • Collaborate with business partners to deliver meaningful stewardship meetings with customers.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and retention by building lasting relationships with customers' risk managers and brokers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Claims area.
  • OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Claims area.
  • OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Claims area.
  • AND Knowledge of workers compensation and commercial liability business lines and claims.
  • Customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous technical claims handling experience.
  • Previous sales or business development skills.
  • Experience with win-win negotiating strategies.
  • Ability to develop strong cross-functional, internal and external partnerships.
