About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Crawford & Company. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert consulting services to our clients, utilizing your knowledge and experience in construction management, claims analysis, and project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct schedule delay analysis and loss of labor productivity analysis
  • Assess changes in scope and review and analyze change orders
  • Analyze labor, equipment, and material costs, and calculate escalated material and/or labor costs
  • Review and organize project documents, and develop work product, draft memos, and reports
  • Travel as needed to visit client project sites and offices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or an Engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering or construction industry, preferably with knowledge and experience of construction claims
  • 3-5 years of experience in expert consulting
  • Microsoft Office - intermediate to advanced skills preferred
  • Bluebeam or other PDF management software
  • Scheduling software - Microsoft Projects/Primavera Products
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
