As a Sales Associate Trainee, you will gain insights into the electrical distribution sector and familiarize yourself with Graybar's sales methodology through a combination of structured training sessions and practical experience. Our Sales Associate Trainees will engage with various facets of our operations and have the chance to receive targeted training, providing a comprehensive overview of our industry before advancing into a sales position. This role will emphasize the electrical aspect of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Graybar's sales and distribution framework
  • Acquire knowledge about electrical, communication, and security products
  • Experience different segments of the organization, including sales, logistics, customer support, transactional and project management processes

Qualifications:

  • Capability to operate autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Completion of a 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience

Compensation Overview:

The anticipated compensation for this role begins at $23.00 per hour, contingent on experience.
