Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Pediatric/Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Regional Neonatal Associates. The ideal candidate will have experience in newborn care and resuscitation, with a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily rounds on newborns, including admissions and discharges as appropriate
  • Attend deliveries and facilitate simulation training for NRP
  • Stabilize and manage newborns requiring a higher level of care, with occasional shifts at the University of Tennessee Medical Center Knoxville Level III NICU
  • Collaborate with our team of dedicated physicians and nurse practitioners to provide exceptional patient care

Our Level 1 nursery at Tennova North Knoxville Medical Center is a dynamic and growing environment, with over 700 deliveries per year and an average daily newborn census of 5. Our team is committed to providing exceptional patient care and supporting the growth and development of our staff.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner Program
  • Licensure and Certification to be in good standing with the State Board
  • NRP Certified or agreement to become certified
  • Minimum one year of newborn care experience preferred
