Job Title: Clinical Manager - Home Health RN

Job Summary:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager - Home Health RN to lead our clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, developing and implementing clinical programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to agency policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and families.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of clinical staff.
  • Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
  • Obtain and maintain active CPR certification.
  • 3+ years of RN experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health or hospice.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
