We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Desert Hills, a memory care community in the region. As an LVN, you will provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
- Assist in training and monitoring of medication care administration
- Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
- Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
