We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an acute care and non-acute care setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including policy and procedure review and revision, in-service education, and staff development.
- Develop and maintain concise and complete records and reports, including patient charts and other relevant documentation.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Possession of an Associate Degree in Nursing or successful completion of an accredited Registered Nurse Program.
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- BLS Certification.
- ACLS, BAC, NHISS, and other relevant certifications.
- Knowledge of hospital policies, quality assurance programs, safety, environmental, and infection control policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of medical instruments and equipment, medical terminology, and hospital routine.
- Ability to manage emergency or crisis situations, perform the full range of nursing duties, and plan and organize nursing plans for patients.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
