  • Coordinate innovation initiatives of the segment and lead the Product Line Manager (PLM) role responsible for linking the commercial and manufacturing teams for existing products and platforms.

Requirements
  • A "general management" mentality and ability to translate complex market dynamics and insights into a strategic framework.
  • Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen, with a global orientation towards markets, consumers, and customers.
  • Proven experience in leading a team, effective communication, and ability to inspire, both internally and with customers.
  • High integrity and an orientation towards teamwork, with experience in relevant consumer end markets (Home, Garden, Professional, Personal Care) or customers within those markets strongly preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher degree in marketing or other relevant field of study, with ten (10) years of experience in strategic marketing, business management, sales, or other relevant experience.
