Responsibilities- Programming and operation of Ma2/Ma3 lighting consoles, sACN, ART-NET, and MA networking protocols
- Excellent working knowledge of LX networking and mapping
- Programming and control of entertainment and architectural lighting systems
- Excellent working knowledge of LX power and data distribution
- Excellent working knowledge of basic Entertainment Rigging and Rigging Practices
- 3+ years of relevant lighting design experience in a wide variety of event venues
- Ability to pay attention, adapt to changes, and function well in a live production setting
- Exceptional communication skills with internal teams, artist's and client's teams, and vendors
- Innovative thinker, organized, and able to adjust to multiple and changing priorities
- Preferred - Certifications as Machinery operator; scissor, fork, boom, etc
- Preferred - knowledge of Vectorworks, AutoCAD
- Must be willing to work long shifts, including nights, weekends, and possible holidays
- Must be willing to work outdoors (all seasons)
- Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and being in lifts
- Must be comfortable working in an environment with moderate to loud noise level
- Specific Vision Requirements: Color Vision & Depth Perception
The hourly rate for this position starts at $50/hr-$65/hr, and is negotiable based on experience.
