About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Senior Managers in a fast-paced private equity firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related support position and possess excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document unit activity and track invoices across multiple projects
  • Coordinate meetings and events with multiple managers and external parties
  • Manage conferences, attendance, and agendas
  • Process and track invoices using proprietary invoicing and approval system
  • Work with the IT team to ensure technology and hardware are functioning properly
  • Assist with preparation of presentations and generate reports
  • Gather data relevant to projects and create administrative practices for efficiency and consistency
  • Order and replenish office and kitchen supplies
  • Ensure guests are logged into the entry system and assist with security badges
  • Set up new accounts on vendor websites and research hotels for meetings
  • Procure food and refreshments for meetings

About You:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related support position
  • BA/BS from a college or university a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Dynamic and proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Polished, professional demeanor
  • Proactive go-getter, no task is too big or too small
  • Outstanding communication skills
