We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at an outpatient dialysis center in Conway, Arkansas. Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $73,400 - $93,100 based on experience, location, and other factors. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and PTO cash out.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires empathy, compassion, and strong communication skills. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide individualized care and support. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and documenting treatment plans. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about dialysis procedures, medication management, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have a current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice, CPR certification, and IV certification if required by state regulations. You should also have a high school diploma or equivalent and completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system. A minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, but not required. You should have basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, and functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire.
