As a Private Duty Nursing Care Specialist with Care IV Home Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing your skills and experience to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Our patient care model ensures one nurse per patient, allowing for a more personalized approach to care and promoting meaningful relationships between caregivers and patients. We offer comprehensive training on charting, tracheostomy care, VENT care, and other essential nursing duties to ensure our team members feel confident and prepared in their roles.
We welcome new grad RNs and LPNs with a year or more of direct patient care experience, and we encourage applications from both RNs and LPNs. Active, good standing licensure with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing is required.
