Crane Operator Job Summary

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving pools to and from production, as well as shipping and receiving materials from our vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive on-the-job training from a certified crane operator and become certified yourself
  • Properly manage loading personnel and follow delivery schedules
  • Keep production mold supply rolling and know when to use outriggers with the crane
  • Read order forms and sign off on QA inspection forms
  • Verify all accessories are included with each load
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • 1 year of experience working with maintaining and tracking inventory
  • Certified Crane Operator and forklift experience a plus
Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this position include prolonged standing, frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, gloves, and safety shoes are required. Exposure to dust, odors, heat, and cold is typical.

The salary range for this position is $23.84-$26.89 per hour.
