Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop electronic drawings, offering both conceptual and technical solutions.
  • Assist in the research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
  • Coordinate and integrate engineering elements and consultant work into cohesive design documents.
  • Communicate effectively with the Director of Architecture, project managers, and team members.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess knowledge of building codes, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional processes.
  • Engage in activities that enhance our company culture and knowledge base.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Contribute as a team player, embracing a wide range of responsibilities.
  • Show interest and progress towards becoming a Registered Architect.
  • Experience with public project delivery processes is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, Sketch-Up, and other modeling and rendering software.
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and professional commitment.
  • Design and creative talent with the confidence to take initiative.
  • Strong decision-making skills, flexibility, focus on quality, and attention to detail.
