Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and seasoned Accountant to become a vital part of our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of accounting principles, expertise in QuickBooks, and exceptional organizational capabilities.

  • Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain and update financial documentation.
  • End-of-Month Closing: Support the month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with various departments in the development of budgets.
  • QuickBooks Utilization: Employ QuickBooks for financial transactions.
  • Excel Proficiency: Leverage MS Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Audit Assistance: Provide support to external auditors during annual evaluations.
  • Expense Oversight: Monitor and manage expenses, analyzing budget discrepancies.
  • Financial Insight: Conduct financial analyses and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Prior experience in accounting, particularly within the Information Technology sector, is preferred. A strong grasp of accounting principles, proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel, along with excellent organizational and analytical skills, are essential.
