Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new SAP financial features or modules, working closely with the finance team and subject matter experts.
  • Provide support to finance users on the effective use of SAP for financial management, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize the system efficiently.
  • Identify and report any issues or errors within the SAP financial modules, working with the Project team to resolve them.
  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial features or modules, ensuring a seamless transition for users.
  • Serve as a point of contact for finance-related SAP inquiries and support, providing expert guidance and assistance.
  • Execute comprehensive test cases to validate the functionality of SAP financial modules, configurations, and integrations.
  • Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing on SAP financial systems.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing, working with the IT and development teams to resolve them.
  • Serve as a liaison between subject matter experts and the IT department, effectively communicating testing results and requirements.
  • Support the development of training materials and sessions to finance end-users on the proper use of SAP financial modules.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a project management or business analysis role, with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using SAP financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management.
  • Familiarity with SAP reporting and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in providing end-user training and support is preferred.
