As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during events. Your role will include:

  • Welcoming guests and efficiently taking their drink orders.
  • Preparing garnishes and mixing beverages while accurately logging all products sourced from the kitchen.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area and service stations.
  • Completing all opening, ongoing, and closing tasks as required.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all available liquor brands, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
  • Ensuring that supplies and ingredients are adequately stocked throughout your shift.
  • Adhering to safety protocols for the operation and storage of tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
  • Commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficient in engaging with guests and colleagues effectively.
  • Skilled in resolving conflicts in a diplomatic manner.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for all guests.

Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum age of 21 to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • At least one year of experience in a serving role is preferred.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • A minimum of one year of bartending experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is required, with luxury hospitality experience being a strong advantage.
