  • Maintain and inventory drain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is properly stored and ready for use.
  • Actively participate in training exercises, team meetings, and safety discussions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare accurate service reports and quotes for management review.
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls, providing timely and efficient solutions to customer issues.
  • Adhere to all Wind River Environmental service protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Be available for overtime work, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations when applicable.
  • Prioritize safety by recognizing potential hazards and implementing appropriate precautions to prevent accidents and injuries. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment

This role involves regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, non-hazardous fumes, and noise levels. You will be comfortable working independently and interacting with customers in a professional manner.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to read and comprehend documents such as company policies, safety rules, operating instructions, maps, and road signs.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer literacy, including email and internet navigation.
  • Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • At least two years of professional commercial driving experience (post-school).
  • Successful completion of DOT drug screen, medical certification, physical exam, and road exams.
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
