  • Identify and implement business opportunities to drive growth and improve performance
  • Lead with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Pharmacist in charge listing on the pharmacy state license
  • Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

The typical pay range for this role is $77.00 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
