Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and delegate and supervise the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position working 56 hours in two weeks, with every other Saturday and Sunday, and a holiday rotation. The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Salary

$34.00 per hour
