Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Oversee the maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of our facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of life safety systems, including fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems.
- Prepare and follow approved budgets, tracking utility consumption and expense files.
- Maintain inventory control for all general supplies, parts, and equipment.
- Assess and respond to property damage and file claims in accordance with company policy.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, and a minimum of three to five years of related experience.
- Valid state driver's license required for vehicle travel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $51,000 to $65,130 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
