Job Title: Division Manager - Wipers & Rags

Job Summary:

The Division Manager - Wipers & Rags is responsible for overseeing the operations, staff, and resources of the wiper & Rag division & facility located in Jackson, TN. This role involves strategic planning, business development, performance management, and ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the division that align with the FyterTech Nonwovens overall goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends to drive business expansion.
  • Ensure financial targets are met and work with finance to provide pricing for all wipers and rags.
  • Direct communication & relationship responsibility with raw material suppliers & converters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a high performing operations and sales team in all aspects of wipers and rags.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or management.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and key drivers impacting financial results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

Work Relationship and Scope:

Reports to SVP of Global Sales and Marketing and works closely with all other colleagues at FyterTech to accomplish established goals. Works daily with highly confidential business and employee information. May require extended working hours based on business needs. Travel will be required for meetings, training, and business development. Will require regular visits to the TN facility (8 to 12 weeks annually).

Measures of Performance:

Achievement of financial targets and KPIs as directed by the Leadership team, operational efficiency and effectiveness, team performance and development, and business growth with increased market share.

Safety, quality, accuracy, reliability, friendliness, thoroughness and timeliness of services provided to internal and external customers; adherence to FyterTech policies and procedures; ability to earn the trust and respect of employees and co-workers; effectively communicates and develops good working relationships with co-workers; professional workplace appearance and conduct; keeps FyterTech, customer, and employee information confidential; participates in training and appropriate professional development; reliability in reporting to work regularly and on time; understands and adheres to FyterTech policies and procedures.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed within the normal FyterTech office setting. Prolonged and frequent mental and visual concentration required. Periodic stressful situations in response to multiple priorities within established deadlines. Work hours are generally during normal business hours, as both scheduled and unscheduled work hours may arise. Must be able to bend, twist, turn and lift/move up to fifty pounds. Out-of-town/overnight business travel may also be required. Serves as a representative of the organization at appropriate functions.
