Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Meeting revenue, expense, and profit targets as outlined in the store's budget.
  • Training staff to meet production goals, merchandise standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Exhibiting strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership to meet performance standards.
Working long hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, may be required.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Two years of retail sales experience is necessary.
  • One year of management or supervisory experience is required.

Essential Skills:
  • Ability to effectively use point of sale and donation systems, as well as office technology.
  • Capacity to work under pressure while exercising good judgment and patience.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
  • Familiarity with business-related mathematics.
  • Experience in supervising and training staff in production, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move items up to 40 pounds, and to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions.
