Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
  • Operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle different methods of payment
  • Accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards
  • Meet or exceed individual goals, such as credit and loyalty targets
  • Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
  • Support the training process for new hires on the service team

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who can provide excellent service, work well in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting. Required skills include excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Client-facing retail or service industry experience is preferred, but not required. We're open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

Pay starts at $14.50 per hour, and we offer a range of benefits, including competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment.
