About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Mission Critical Design Leader to join our team at DLR Group. As a key member of our integrated design team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of project document development, including conceptual design through project close-out.
  • Coordinate with project team members to ensure the quality of the work product and adherence to project schedule.
  • Partner directly with Market Sector leadership to ensure the project's financial health, quality of project documents, claim prevention, team collaboration, and communication.
  • Lead cross-functional design disciplines in developing technical solutions.
  • Provide mentorship to other architectural staff.
  • Supervise the design and technical development of the project.
  • Work directly with project managers, designers, and engineers on the conceptual development of project documents.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Architect working on Data Center, Industrial, Warehouse Distribution, and Office projects, with 5+ years working on 10+ MW data center buildings.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or design.
  • Proficient in the use of REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without needing a work visa or residency sponsorship.
  • The ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
  • Licensed Architect.
