Medical Practice Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Practice Administrator to join our team at Jennie Stuart Health. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to support the smooth operation of our medical practices.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to medical staff, including scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, and coordinating communications.
- Manage medical records, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, vendors, and other external parties as needed.
- Assist with billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
- Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in health administration, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical office administration, healthcare operations management, or related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), medical billing systems, and other relevant software applications.
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
