Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Western State Hospital in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

About the Job:

This LPN position involves providing direct care to patients under the supervision of an RN. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication as directed by a licensed healthcare provider
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the RN
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • KY LPN licensure, active, current, unrestricted
  • Ability to pass facility requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Please note that this is not a remote position. You must be willing to work at our facility in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
