About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Scheduler for our Outpatient Imaging Center. As a key member of our business office team, you will play a critical role in providing excellent patient care and supporting the operational goals of our center.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Manage patient records and medical information
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements

To be competitive, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You should also possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and multitask.
