Conocimientos y habilidades requeridas para el puesto:
- El LPN realiza evaluaciones iniciales y continuas para identificar las necesidades médicas del cliente.
- Nivel de funcionamiento y capacidad para comunicarse y aprender.
- El LPN inicia el plan de atención y realiza las revisiones necesarias.
- El LPN lleva a cabo evaluaciones OASIS en los momentos apropiados cuando sea aplicable.
- El LPN inicia y realiza intervenciones de enfermería apropiadas.
- El LPN coordina servicios e informa al médico y a otros profesionales sobre cambios en la condición y necesidades del cliente.
- El LPN colabora con el paciente/familia y otros proveedores de atención médica y/o recursos comunitarios en la planificación de la atención y el alta.
- El LPN prepara notas clínicas y de progreso y presenta toda la documentación requerida de manera oportuna de acuerdo con la política y procedimiento de la agencia.
