About the Opportunity

Curative is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to provide high-quality patient care in a critical access hospital setting. This is a unique opportunity to work in a congenial and professional environment, supported by a dedicated staff.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Board Certified Anesthesiologist to handle a variety of cases, including general surgical procedures, minor nerve blocks, and obstetrical cases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia services for a diverse range of patients, from 3 to over 100 years old
  • Handle a high volume of cases, including endoscopic procedures
  • Prepare and maintain anesthesia carts
  • Document patient information using EPIC
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology (or in the board certification process)
  • Active Maine medical license
  • ACLS and BLS certifications preferred
