About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Accounting Representative to join our team at LC Staffing. As an Accounting Representative, you will be responsible for performing various accounting and finance activities on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile daily transactions, process exceptions, and resolve errors in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process incoming and outgoing wires, ACH files, and handle check adjustments with precision.
  • Manage payables, code invoices, and handle credit card administrative requests with attention to detail.
  • Prepare, monitor, and validate month-end reports, tax accruals, and fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process levies, garnishments, and remit state and federal tax payments in a timely manner.
  • Order and ship money to the Federal Reserve and ensure monthly bills are paid on time.
Requirements
  • Prior banking experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with math, accounting, and financial processes is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience is required.
  • Must be bondable and have excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills are required.
