Customer Service Representative Part Time Kalispell

We are seeking a Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division in Kalispell, MT. As a Teller, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the financial needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and financial services
- Identify and respond to customer needs, making introductions to bankers as necessary
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
- Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ months of experience interacting with people, demonstrated through work, military, or education
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
