Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making purchases.
  • Process donations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
