Job Title: Principal Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Full Stack Engineer to join our Digital Platforms Technology team. As a key member of our Scrum teams, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop full stack software solutions using Java-based technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and applications
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in full stack software engineering
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proven experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members
  • Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
  • A proven understanding of the Agile software development methodology
