Job Title: Monetization Product Manager

Nextdoor is a platform where neighbors connect and build relationships. As a Monetization Product Manager, you will play a critical role in building ad experiences that deliver value to customers and delight to neighbors.

The Monetization Product team is responsible for creating a performant advertising ecosystem that harnesses the unique dynamic of Nextdoor's customers being both neighbors and advertisers. We prioritize customer obsession, execution, and delivery, and encourage innovative and autonomous thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nextdoor's order-to-cash revenue and fraud mitigation systems.
  • Understand customer funding and billing needs and build out intuitive customer-facing features.
  • Oversee payment integrations with Apple and Stripe for self-service advertising, as well as opportunity and invoicing integrations with Salesforce and other third-party applications.
  • Develop systems to identify advertising content and fraud, determining whether to build in-house or partner with third-party tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to align on the vision and reconcile all product requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years in product management, with some experience in the advertising or media industry.
  • Proven experience managing Order to Cash processes, with strong expertise in Salesforce and SOX compliance.
  • Comfortable diving into technical details and understanding engineering aspects.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and influence the product roadmap while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Nextdoor offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary range of $189,000 - $266,000 on an annualized basis, and a meaningful equity grant.
