Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a domain consultant with expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Asset & Wealth Management, and Capital Markets.
- Oversee and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring effective collaboration with Business Stakeholders to develop impactful product features.
- Utilize Generative AI concepts to drive the delivery of product features.
- Facilitate discussions between Business and Technology teams to clarify product feature requirements.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers and Directors to refine features and user stories for planning cycles.
- Draft and manage user stories that align with product features, ensuring adherence to the Definition of Ready (DoR) and overseeing their successful delivery to meet the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Establish partnerships with technical and operational teams, maintaining productive relationships to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure comprehensive testing is completed for each product feature.
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to uphold the integrity of all Scrum ceremonies.
- Exhibit strong communication and coordination skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to make swift, informed decisions while recognizing priorities and escalating issues as necessary.
- Innovate and deliver creative solutions to meet critical business needs, showcasing agility and adaptability in execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution, along with relevant experience.
- A minimum of 5 years as a Product Owner in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Banking & Financial Services, with a focus on projects utilizing Generative AI.
- Proven experience in managing large integration products and platforms.
- Ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams for impact analysis and dependency management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, data analysis, and SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated capability in problem-solving and product development from inception to launch.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams within an agile delivery framework.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Certifications in Generative AI, SAFe POPM, and SAFE Agile are advantageous.
