Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team at Millstone Weber LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all field operations of a project from early planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Craft Foremen to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of construction experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of personnel.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 Hour certification and CPR/First Aid training.

Working Conditions:

The Project Superintendent will work in an outdoor environment, exposed to various weather conditions and temperatures. The position requires frequent travel to project sites and may involve working extended hours during peak construction periods.
