Job Summary

A seasoned construction professional is sought to oversee all field operations of a project from early planning to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of construction practices and a comprehensive understanding of plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate all personnel, equipment, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations throughout the project.
  • Maintain the budget and schedule of the project, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Manage and direct the work of Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Craft Foremen to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of construction experience, with a background in field engineering or craft foremanship.
  • OSHA 30 Hour certification and CPR/First Aid training.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, and HeavyJob.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in an outdoor environment, exposed to various weather conditions and temperatures. A valid driver's license is also required for company vehicle operation.
