Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales, revenue, and expenses, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, and income statements, to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure financial objectives are met and optimized.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a financial analyst or similar role in a CPG company.
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
